Sundanese Script
The Sundanese script (Aksara Sunda Baku) is the standardized script for the Sundanese language, spoken in West Java, Indonesia, by about 40 million people. It is derived from the ancient Kawi script. The modern standardized form was officially adopted in 1996. It has 7 independent vowels and 18 consonants.
